Ampaire Patience, is a Corporate and Commercial lawyer with over 6 years professional experience backed by a strong academic background. Patience has extensive experience in working with International Clients and provision of Legal Advisory services including Advisory services on Company Secretarial services, Banking and Finance, Conveyancing, Corporate Restructuring, Immigration, Employment, Infrastructure, and Dispute resolution.
She obtained her LLB, Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University. She pursued her Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre (LDC), Kampala. Patience has also attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Revenue & Administration from the East African School of Taxation.
